Msendoo is the Insurance Processor at Kobo Wealth Strategies, where she supports monitors the underwriting process of all client insurance cases submitted by our company. Her role includes developing educational insurance messages, tracking pending cases, and coordinating documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
She previously served as a Senior Customer Relations Supervisor, where she led service teams and managed complex client issues while maintaining high service standards.
Msendoo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Benue State University, a Certificate of French Proficiency from Alliance Française Lagos, and a Master’s Certificate in Agile and Scrum. She is known for her strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent client support.
