We chose this company name for two reasons. The first is Kobo is a unit of money in Nigeria, the country of our CEO's heritage. He wanted the company to keep in mind the rich heritage of a country instrumental to his growth and development. It is also a country with a number of successful entrepreneurs and business leaders. As such he wanted the company to embody the spirit of hard work, dedication, and entrepreneurial excellence.
